Squaw Creek Ski and Golf Conference Resort

This 4-star luxury resort was built consisting of 405 guestrooms, nearly half of them suites, in addition to state-of-the-art dedicated conference and banquet facilities totaling 35,000 square feet.

With five critically acclaimed restaurants, numerous retail stores, and a championship 18-hole Robert Trent Jones, Jr. golf course, the resort also includes dedicated sky lifts into Squaw Valley USA's 4300-acre ski terrain.

Development functions performed by Tony Traub included government approvals and entitlements, financing, design, construction, all interior FF&E and operating supplies and equipment, plus full supervision and liaison with the hotel operator.

Conde Nast Traveler Magazine ranked this premier luxury resort among the Top 50 Best Resorts in North America and honored the resort as one of only two with a 90 percent plus rating for facilities/activities.
