Parkway Medical Plaza

This 92,000-square-foot Class A medical office building, surgery center and associated parking lot is located in Henderson, Nevada, a premier suburb of Las Vegas.  The development is a public/private partnership between the developer and St. Rose Hospital.

Parkway Medical Plaza was developed and built on a speculative basis, so anticipating the needs of mostly unidentified tenants, as well as expertise in medical office design, space planning and tenant requirements was critical.

Services for which Tony Traub was responsible included design, financing, development, construction, management and leasing, coordinating with multiple tenants for the design and build-out of medical office and surgery center needs and tenant improvements.

Sustainable design elements include lush xeriscaping that incorporates water conserving native plants, highly energy-efficient mechanical, lighting and HVAC systems, and a backup electrical system to allow for uninterrupted surgeries.
