Tucson Convention Center East Entrance Expansion

Garfield Traub and its team were selected by Tucson to plan, finance and develop the expansion and modernization of the convention center, design a new headquarters hotel, 950-car parking facility and new main entrance to the convention center.

As phase I of the exapnsion, Garfield Traub delivered the new main entrance so that if and when Phase II proceeds, the original  western entrance will be replaced by the Convention and Hotel expansion.
